Necessary Forms. LESSEE shall provide prior written notice to XXXXXX, and must receive the prior written consent of XXXXXX, prior to XXXXXX’s execution of any assignment, mortgage, deed of trust or security interest which may affect XXXXXX’s leasehold interest or any Personal Property and Non-Approved Personal Property owned by XXXXXX, using forms provided by XXXXXX and accompanied by a processing fee in such amount as determined from time to time by any applicable rule or policy of LESSOR.
Necessary Forms. Any request for approval of a sublease, assignment, mortgage, or deed of trust, must be in writing, on forms provided by the Lessor and accompanied by a processing fee to be established by Lessor. Any attempt by Lessee to assign, sublease, mortgage, or subject Lessee’s leasehold interest in this Lease or any improvements to be placed upon the Leased Premises to any lien, without the prior written consent of Lessor, shall be void and shall constitute a breach of this Lease.
