Common use of Necessary Authorisations Clause in Contracts

Necessary Authorisations. subject to the provisions of clause 3.6, each member of the Group has obtained all material Necessary Authorisations, all such Necessary Authorisations are in full force and effect and each member of the Group is in compliance in all material respects with all provisions thereof. To the best of its knowledge and belief, none of the Necessary Authorisations are the subject of any actual, pending or threatened attack or revocation that would reasonably be likely to have a Material Adverse Effect;
