Nebraska Addendum. If a court of competent jurisdiction deems that Nebraska law applies, then: (a) the definition of “Covered Person” shall be further limited to those Covered Persons with which Participant, alone or in combination with others, handled, serviced, or solicited at any time during the Look Back Period; and (b) the non-compete in Section 11(b)(1) shall not apply after Participant’s employment with Company (or its Subsidiary or Affiliate) ends.
