NDCC. This agreement is based on Model 1 of the Teachers’ Fund for Retirement Plan. If any conditions of the tax shelter program are changed by regulation, court decision, or other means, the Board and the Association will meet and confer regarding the new conditions. Any tax shelter program must meet the regulations of the State Retirement Board.
