NCA. TSU and BCC hereby join in a collaborative effort to facilitate the transfer of students graduating from BCC into the Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Education (Agricultural Professional Service) at NCA&TSU and agree to the following terms and conditions:

NCA will conduct a final review of all recipients’ detailed budgets between October 15th and November 13th through Budget Modifications requests (BMRs) and conduct the de-obligation process. For chapter recipients, the inclusion in the final November disbursed payment batch is contingent upon approval of the detailed grant budget by NCA. . The recipient:
NCA will remove the original historic headstone and replace it with a government- furnished white marble headstone without offensive iconography. Text on the replacement headstone will be consistent with those of the other German POWs buried in the POW section of the cemetery.
NCA will retain the Xxxx Xxxxxx headstone in the NCA History Collection for study, conservation and potential exhibit as appropriate.
NCA will develop a booklet—connected to the 75th Anniversary of the end of World War II—on foreign national burials in VA cemeteries that will include a section on burial of enemy POWs within one (1) year from the date of this MOA’s execution. The booklet will be available in print and digital formats.
NCA shall take timely comments provided by the UT SHPO into consideration and respond to any questions prior to finalizing the content.
