Common use of Nature of Distribution Clause in Contracts

Nature of Distribution. I recognize that distributions from my Account will be made in the form of (i) one Share for each Deferred Share Unit credited to my Account, and (ii) with respect to each Share issued to me, a cash payment equal to any cash dividends (plus simple interest at 5% per annum), and additional Shares representing any Share dividends, that were declared and paid to holders of Shares between the Grant Date and the date such Share is issued to me.

Cash shall also be paid in lieu of fractional Shares.
