Nature and Term of Guaranty. The obligations of each Guarantor under this Section Nine shall be independent, absolute, irrevocable and unconditional and shall remain in full force and effect until the Obligations and all other amounts payable hereunder shall have been paid in full (subject, however, to reinstatement under Paragraph 9.2 hereof).
