NATIONAL AND FOREIGN RADIO. The following optional “exception” provisions may be used in lieu of the provisions set forth in Article X (Multi-Platform Release) for the broadcast of live performances (whether the broadcasts are simultaneous, delayed or from the archive) on commercial over-the-air radio, non-commercial over-the-air radio, satellite radio, internet radio and all other wired or wireless broadcast formats shall be subject to the following provisions.
