Nasdaq Notification. In connection with the execution of this Agreement, the Company shall file with Nasdaq an amendment to the Listing of Additional Shares notification previously filed in respect of the Executed SPA, to the extent any such amendment is required in connection with the issuance of the Purchased Shares.
