Common use of Nasdaq National Market Listing Clause in Contracts

Nasdaq National Market Listing. Parent shall cause the shares of Parent Common Stock issuable in the Merger to be authorized for listing on The Nasdaq National Market.

Nasdaq National Market Listing. Parent shall cause the shares of Parent Common Stock issuable in the Merger to be authorized for listing on The Nasdaq National MarketMarket or, or if Parent's Common Stock is not then listed on such market, then on such other securities exchange or market on which such shares may then be traded or admitted for trading.
