Narrative Report. 7.2.1 Interim narrative report(s) shall accompany each interim financial report. The interim narrative report(s) shall cover the activities performed and the results obtained by the Project during the relevant reporting period. The report(s) shall be analytical in approach, include a presentation of difficulties and shortcomings, and a discussion of possible remedies.
Narrative Report. For each required visitation, the observer shall prepare a brief, signed narrative report that shall be distributed only to the faculty member and his/her chair. The department chair shall schedule a conference with the faculty member to discuss the report. A copy of the report shall be entered into the faculty member’s personnel file for use in tenure and promotion reviews. Narrative Report. This element is the draft and final narrative report that supports the development plan depicted in the Airport Layout Plan (ALP). The narrative report is understood to be “limited” in that the primary focus of this study is the west landside development plan. The layout of the narrative report will closely follow the FAA Standard Operating Procedures for ALP Review 2.0 with more detail being provided on landside elements and less emphasis placed on airside elements.

The final narrative report should read no more than twenty-five (25) pages. Photo documentation in hardcopy and softcopy is highly desired.

The Narrative Report shall include: a description of activities along the 2 most critical paths where the total float is less than or equal to 20 work days, a description of current and anticipated problem areas or delaying factors and their impact, and an explanation of corrective actions taken or required to be taken. The narrative report is expected to communicate to the Government, the Contractor's thorough analysis of the schedule output and its plans to compensate for any problems, either current or potential, which are revealed through that analysis. Identify and explain why any activities that, based their calculated late dates, should have either started or finished during the update period but did not.
