Common use of Named Users Clause in Contracts

Named Users. Customer may permit any Named Users to access and use the features and functions of the Pryon Service as contemplated by this Agreement. Each Named User will be assigned a unique user identification name and password (“User ID”) for access to and use of the Pryon Service. User IDs cannot be shared or used by more than one Named User at a time, and may not be shared between Customer’s other employees, contractors or other third parties. Customer shall be solely responsible for all activities that occur under Customer’s account.
