Named Plaintiffs. Named Plaintiffs" means the Plaintiffs and Class Representatives identified above, who are the individuals and entities identified as plaintiffs in the ▇▇▇▇▇ Master Consolidated Amended Complaint that remained active participants in the Litigation and all individuals and entities identified as plaintiffs in the Complaints or Amended Complaints filed in the other four cases that were transferred to MDL No. 2316.
