Common use of Name or Address Changes Clause in Contracts

Name or Address Changes. You will notify BECU upon a change of address or change of name. We are required to honor only itemsdrawn on the name(s) listed on the Account and to attempt to communicate with you only at the most recent address for the Primary Account Holder shown in the account records of BECU. We will accept a change-of-address notice that is signed and submitted to BECU by an authorized individual. We may, at our sole discretion, accept an oral notice of a change in address from an authorized individual.
