Purpose and Definitions 1. The purpose of this Chapter is to promote the objectives of this Agreement by simplifying customs procedures in relation to bilateral trade between the Parties.

Name and Definitions Section 1. Name. The name of the Trust is "VANGUARD BOND INDEX FUNDS" and the Trustees shall conduct the business of the Trust under that name or any other name as they may from time to time determine.
