Common use of Name Changes Clause in Contracts

Name Changes. (A) At least thirty (30) days (or such shorter period of time as the Administrative Agent may agree) before any change in the Seller’s name, jurisdiction of organization or any other change requiring the amendment of UCC financing statements and (B) not later than thirty (30) days following the effectiveness of any change in any Originator’s name, jurisdiction of organization or any other change requiring the amendment of UCC financing statements.

Name Changes. (A) At least thirty (30) days (or such shorter period of time as the Administrative Agent may agree) before any change in the Seller’s name, jurisdiction of organization or any other change requiring the amendment of UCC financing statements and (B) not later than thirty (30) days following the effectiveness of any change in any Originator’s name, jurisdiction of organization or any other change requiring the amendment of UCC financing statements.

Name Changes.
