Common use of NAFTA Clause in Contracts

NAFTA. Supplier shall assist in perfecting any claim that shall ----- be made under NAFTA in connection with exportations to Canada and/or Mexico, including, but not limited to, Supplier providing necessary documentation in support of such NAFTA claims.
