NAFTA. Seller shall provide Buyer with a Certificate of Origin pursuant to Chapter 5 of the North American Free Trade Agreement as implemented in the United States. Seller shall maintain all appropriate records to satisfy NAFTA requirements. Seller shall indemnify Buyer against any general, consequential, incidental or special RAYCHEM CORPORATION TERMS & CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE REVISED JANUARY, 1995 damages incurred by Buyer arising from Seller's failure to comply with NAFTA.
