Sponsor Affiliates The Company may designate from time to time any Sponsor Affiliates pursuant to the provisions of Sections 12-44-30(20) and 00-00-000 of the FILOT Act, which Sponsor Affiliates shall join with the Company and make investments with respect to the Project, or participate in the financing of such investments, and shall agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this Fee Agreement pursuant to the terms of a written joinder agreement with the County and the Company, in form reasonably acceptable to the County. The Company shall provide the County and the Department with written notice of any Sponsor Affiliate designated pursuant to this Section within ninety (90) days after the end of the calendar year during which any such Sponsor Affiliate has placed in service any portion of the Project, in accordance with Section 12-44-130(B) of the FILOT Act. Referred Participating Teacher a. A Referred Participating Teacher is a teacher with permanent status who has been referred to receive assistance to improve his or her instructional skills, classroom management, knowledge of subject, and/or related aspects of his or her teaching performance as a result of an unsatisfactory Summary Evaluation.
Supervision of Student Teachers Paragraph 1: Supervision of a student teacher shall be voluntary. Time Off for Union Activities A. Conventions and Conferences Union-designated employees may be allowed time off without pay to attend union-sponsored conventions or conferences. Approval for the time off must be granted in advance of the absence and in accordance with the Employer’s leave policies. Approval will not be granted if the absence interferes with the Employer’s ability to provide coverage during the requested time off or the operating needs of the agency cannot be met.
