The City agrees to pay invoices for all services performed as soon as reasonably possible, but not later than thirty (30) days from the date of receipt. The total amount paid to Consultant shall not exceed amount set forth herein, except by written amendment to this Agreement, executed by both parties. M&V Services. JCI will provide M&V Services for three years. The price for JCI's M&V Services, as detailed on Schedule 2 of this Agreement, is $31,590. This amount will be paid to JCI annually as set forth below. These payments will be due and payable within thirty (30) business days of receipt by the Customer of JCI’s invoice, except for any item of work that is in dispute, and billed annually in advance. b. Customer accepts the work as complete and hereby releases JCI’s obligations under any performance and payment bonds posted for the project as of the date set forth below.
