Common use of Mutual Waiver of Subrogation Clause in Contracts

Mutual Waiver of Subrogation. Tenant and Landlord hereby ---------------------------- mutually waive their respective rights for recovery against each other for any loss of or damage to the property of either party, to the extent such loss or damage is insured by any insurance policy required to be maintained by this Lease or otherwise in force at the time of such loss or damage.
