Mutual Intent. The language used in this employment agreement is the language chosen by the Parties to express their mutual intent. The Parties agree that in the event that any language, section, clause, phrase or word used in this employment agreement is determined to be ambiguous, no presumption shall arise against or in favor of either party and that no rule of strict construction shall be applied against either party.
