Mutual Considerations. 3.1 This Contract, and all contracts entered into under the provisions of this Contract, shall be binding upon the parties hereto and their successors and assigns.
Mutual Considerations. In consideration of the Employers Association having agreed to the establishment of said “Health and Welfare Fund” said Union hereby agrees, for itself and its successors, that in all future Collective Bargaining Agreements between the Eastern Iowa / Western Illinois Mechanical Contractors Association and Local Union No. 25 and its successors, there shall be included an Industry Advancement Fund as herein established so long as there shall be a Health and Welfare Fund.
