Musician Approval. The volunteer Musician’s approval shall be required for the repertoire to be performed, and when controlled by the Employer, for the release of the final Volunteer Promotional Recording. The Employer shall take down a Volunteer Promotional Recording from its website or any site or platform which it controls upon the request of any Musician performing on the recording.
