Music Requests Sample Clauses

Music Requests. No less than 2 weeks before the earliest performance, the Client must provide the DJ with a music request list, if any. The DJ will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the Client's music requests; however, the DJ will not be held responsible if certain selections are unavailable. The Client understands that music availability may vary and agrees to provide a backup list or allow the DJ to use their professional judgment in selecting suitable alternatives.
