Guest Harassment Sample Clauses

Guest Harassment. The DJ reserves the right to be free from guest harassment. In the event that any guest, whether invited or not, harasses the DJ for any reason, the Client is responsible for promptly removing the guest from the DJ area. If harassment continues despite the Client's intervention, the DJ reserves the right to discontinue services and collect the full agreed-upon fee. The Client acknowledges their responsibility to ensure a safe and respectful environment for the DJ to perform their services.
