Common use of Municipal Ordinance Clause in Contracts

Municipal Ordinance. (a) City/Town shall provide the Department with a copy of its Municipal Tax code or any City/Town ordinances imposing the taxes to be collected hereunder within ten calendar days of a request for such information from the Department. This information shall be sent via email to the Cities Unit at XxxxxxXxxx@xxxxx.xxx.
