Common use of Multiple Suits Clause in Contracts

Multiple Suits. Landlord may sue to recover damages, or monetary amount(s) equal to any installment(s) of Rent payable by ▇▇▇▇▇▇, from time to time, at Landlord’s election in ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s sole and absolute discretion. Nothing in this Lease requires Landlord to await the Scheduled Expiration Date or any other Expiration Date to bring suit to remedy or recover damages after an Event of Default.
