Multiple Suits Sample Clauses

Multiple Suits. Landlord may ▇▇▇ to recover damages, or sum(s) equal to any installment(s) of Rent payable by Tenant, from time to time at Landlord’s election. Nothing in this Lease requires Landlord to await the date when this Lease or the Term would have expired absent an Event of Default and a resulting termination of this Lease.
Multiple Suits. Landlord may sue to recover damages, or monetary amount(s) equal to any installment(s) of Rent payable by ▇▇▇▇▇▇, from time to time, at Landlord’s election in ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s sole and absolute discretion. Nothing in this Lease requires Landlord to await the Scheduled Expiration Date or any other Expiration Date to bring suit to remedy or recover damages after an Event of Default.
