Multiple Party Accounts. An account with two or more people or entities jointly owning an account is considered a multiple party account and creates a “joint tenancy with rights of survivorship.” Except as modified in this Agreement, joint accounts shall be subject to and governed by PA 41 of the Public Acts of 1968, as amended, being MCLA 490.51, and commonly known as the Credit Union Multiple-Party Accounts Act.
