Multiple Parts. This Agreement may be executed in one or more counterparts and/or by facsimile, each of which shall be deemed an original but all of which together will constitute one and the same instrument.
Multiple Parts. When a Musician plays multiple parts for purposes of overdubbing, as distinguished from doubles and the playing of those instruments comprising the exceptions to the doubling provision, he will be paid the total payments that would have been made if different Musicians had been used for each part.

Where a Musician is listed on more than one line on the Reporting Form because the Musician performed multiple parts, that fact should be identified on that Report.

Multiple Parts. If a party to this Amendment is made up of more than one person, or a term is used in this Amendment to refer to more than one party; (a) an obligation of those persons is joint and several; (b) a right of those persons is held by each of them severally; and (c) any reference to that party or that term is a reference to each of those persons separately, so that (for example) a representation, warranty or undertaking is given by each of them separately.
Multiple Parts. Anyone signing this guaranty shall be bound thereby, whether or not any other party signs this guaranty or is released therefrom at any time.
