Multiple Parts Sample Clauses

Multiple Parts. When a Musician plays multiple parts for purposes of overdubbing, as distinguished from doubles and the playing of those instruments comprising the exceptions to the doubling provision, he will be paid the total payments that would have been made if different Musicians had been used for each part.

Multiple Parts. This Agreement may be executed by the parties hereto in any number of separate counterparts, each and all of which taken together shall be deemed for all purposes to be one agreement. It shall not be necessary in making proof of this Agreement to produce or account for more than one counterpart signed by the party to be charged.

Multiple Parts. This Agreement may be executed in counterparts, each of which shall be deemed to be an original. It is agreed that this Agreement may be circulated electronically for signatures and that electronic signatures shall be binding on all parties as original signatures. Facsimile and scanned copies shall be deemed originals for all purposes.

Multiple Parts. If a Musician performs multiple instrumental parts (other than doubles), he/she shall be paid the total of all payments which would otherwise have been payable had separate Musicians been used for those parts. This provision shall also apply whenever the same music is played and recorded more than once and the tracks are combined in a manner which results in a final music track which sounds as if it had been recorded by a larger group of Musicians than actually rendered services. Where a Musician is listed on more than one line on the Reporting Form because the Musician performed multiple parts, that fact should be identified on that Report.

Multiple Parts. This contract may be executed in multiple parts, and copies of this contract shall be considered to carry the same weight as the original

Multiple Parts. If a party to this Amendment is made up of more than one person, or a term is used in this Amendment to refer to more than one party; (a) an obligation of those persons is joint and several; (b) a right of those persons is held by each of them severally; and (c) any reference to that party or that term is a reference to each of those persons separately, so that (for example) a representation, warranty or undertaking is given by each of them separately.

Multiple Parts. Anyone signing this guaranty shall be bound thereby, whether or not any other party signs this guaranty or is released therefrom at any time.
