Common use of Multiple Options Clause in Contracts

Multiple Options. The Borrowers may request an increase pursuant to this Section 2.6 [Increase in Revolving Credit Commitments] up to three (3) times after the Closing Date during the term of this Agreement; provided, however, subject to the other terms of this Section 2.6 [Increase in Revolving Credit Commitments], each such increase shall be in an amount equal to or greater than $50,000,000.00 (or, if less, the difference of (a) $400,000,000.00 minus (b) the aggregate increases in the Revolving Credit Commitments theretofore requested).

Multiple Options. The Borrowers Borrower may request an increase pursuant to this Section 2.6 2.12 [Increase in Revolving Credit Commitments] up to three two (32) times after the Closing Date during the term of this Agreement; provided, however, subject to the other terms of this Section 2.6 2.12 [Increase in Revolving Credit Commitments], each such increase shall be in an amount equal to or greater than Twenty Million and 00/100 Dollars ($50,000,000.00 20,000,000.00) (or, if less, the difference of (a) Fifty Million and 00/100 Dollars ($400,000,000.00 50,000,000.00) minus (b) the aggregate increases in the Revolving Credit Commitments theretofore requested).

The Borrowers Borrower may request an increase pursuant to this Section 2.6 2.5.1 [Increase in Revolving Credit Commitments] up to three two (32) times after the Closing Date during the term of this Agreement; provided, however, subject to the other terms of this Section 2.6 2.5.1 [Increase in Revolving Credit Commitments], each such increase shall be in an amount equal to or greater than Ten Million and 00/100 Dollars ($50,000,000.00 (or, if less, the difference of (a) $400,000,000.00 minus (b) the aggregate increases in the Revolving Credit Commitments theretofore requested10,000,000.00).
