Common use of Multiple Notices Clause in Contracts

Multiple Notices. The Lender may serve notices under Clauses 18.2(a) and (b) simultaneously or on different dates and it may take any action referred to in Clause 18.2 simultaneously with or at any time after the service of both or either of such notices.
