Common use of Multiple Funds Clause in Contracts

Multiple Funds. The parties have entered into this Agreement with respect to more than one Fund. For purposes of Section 6 (Conditions) and Section 7 (Term and Termination) hereof, this Agreement shall be construed as if the parties had entered into a separate agreement with respect to each Fund. If this Agreement is terminated with respect to one or more Funds, but with respect to less than all of the Funds, this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect with respect to the remaining Fund(s) until terminated with respect to each remaining Fund in accordance with its terms.
