Common use of Multiple Class or Series of Interests Clause in Contracts

Multiple Class or Series of Interests. A Shareholder who has Shares which represent more than one class or series of interests in the Trust shall have a single Capital Account that reflects all such interests, regardless of the class of interests owned by such Shareholder and regardless of the time or manner in which such interests were acquired.
