Common use of Multiple Bids Clause in Contracts

Multiple Bids. No Respondent will be allowed to offer more than one bid on each item requested even though he may feel that he has two or more types or styles that will meet specifications. IF SAID RESPONDENT SHOULD SUBMIT MORE THAN ONE BID ON ANY ITEM REQUESTED, ALL BIDS FOR THAT ITEM MAY BE REJECTED AT THE DISCRETION OF THE DIRECTOR OF FINANCE AND PURCHASING.
