Multilingual Sample Clauses
The Multilingual clause establishes that the agreement or document is available in more than one language. Typically, it specifies which language versions are considered official or controlling in the event of discrepancies, and may require that all parties receive copies in their preferred languages. This clause ensures that all parties clearly understand the terms, reducing the risk of misunderstandings due to language barriers and providing a mechanism for resolving conflicts between translations.
