Common use of Multi Clause in Contracts

Multi. departmental: If the aggrieved Employees in the group are from more than one department or unit, the grievance shall be filed at Step Three of the Grievance Procedure (see Section E below). However, if the departments or unit are within the same college, the grievance shall be filed at Step Two of the Grievance Procedure with the ▇▇▇▇ (see Section E below).
