Multi-Tenant Floor Sample Clauses

The Multi-Tenant Floor clause defines the rules and conditions that apply when a leased property is located on a floor shared by multiple tenants. It typically outlines how common areas, such as hallways, restrooms, and lobbies, are to be used and maintained, and may specify the allocation of costs for shared services or amenities among the tenants on that floor. This clause ensures clear guidelines for shared space usage and cost-sharing, helping to prevent disputes and promote harmonious co-existence among multiple tenants occupying the same floor.
