Multi-Source Products Clause Samples
Multi-Source Products. Pharmacy will dispense multi-source products using the inventory customarily maintained; the terms of reimbursement and the dispensing by any retail community pharmacy of such multi-source products may not be restricted by any GUIDANTRX formulary or any list of covered drugs that identifies multi-source products by manufacturer. Pharmacy shall dispense a generic equivalent product whenever possible and permitted by applicable state and federal laws.
Multi-Source Products. Multi-Source Products, excluding the noted exceptions, will be reimbursed at MAC+25%. If MAC is unavailable, the lower of WAC+9% or AWP-13% shall be reimbursed. If WAC is unavailable, AWP-13% shall apply.
Multi-Source Products. For multisource, off-patent pharmaceutical products with available dosage from published pharmacopoeial quality standards, the Principal Recipient may verify compliance with applicable standards in accordance with existing national procedures of the Host Country.
