Multi-Family Services Sample Clauses
Multi-Family Services. Franchisee shall work with the landlord to ensure that the premises receive an adequate level of Garbage service, including Recyclables and Organics collection equivalent to that described in Section 4.1.B. Disputes between the Franchisee and owners of multi-family buildings regarding the type and level of service required shall be referred to the City Manager who may determine the appropriate type and level of service at his or her discretion.
Multi-Family Services. The City-Parish and the Contractor shall mutually decide on a location for collection of Municipal Solid Waste from Multi-family Complexes generated by Multi-family Units. The City-Parish reserves the right to designate the location for collection of Municipal Solid Waste generated by Multi-family Units if the City-Parish and the Contractor cannot agree on an acceptable location.
Multi-Family Services. Weekly Collection of Recyclable Materials and Organic Materials: No later than October 31, 2014, Republic shall convert the current, every-other-week collection program for Recyclable Materials and Organic Materials to a weekly collection program in all Member Agencies. This shall apply to all multi- family customers who receive Recyclable Materials and/or Organic Materials service in carts.
Multi-Family Services. The City-Parish shall bill Multi-family Units or Multifamily Complexes, as identified on the Customer List for Multi-family Services, the Contractor shall be paid in accordance with the rate structure established in Appendix B and as may subsequently be adjusted as set forth in this Contract.
