Multi-display Sample Clauses

The Multi-display clause defines the rights and limitations regarding the use of content or software across multiple screens or devices simultaneously. Typically, this clause specifies whether a user can display the licensed material on more than one monitor, projector, or digital device at the same time, and may set conditions such as the maximum number of displays allowed or require additional licensing for expanded use. Its core function is to clarify usage boundaries and prevent unauthorized or excessive distribution of content, thereby protecting the licensor’s interests while informing the licensee of their permitted scope of use.
