Mulch Beds. All shrub areas and planting beds in Common Areas will be maintained each week by removing all paper, trash, cigarette butts, and other undesirable material and debris to keep the landscape beds neat and tidy. Use of blowers is not an acceptable technique for this work. This litter must be physically picked-up, physically removed and properly disposed. Mulch that has moved from its intended place is to be swept or blown back to its proper bed location, where feasible. Control of weeds in mulch beds will be accomplished by means of hand weeding and/or proper application of Roundup.
