Common use of MSBP Deficit Clause in Contracts

MSBP Deficit. In the event the MSBP Expense is greater than the MSBP Budget, fifty percent (50%) of the deficit, limited to five percent (5%) of the MSBP Budget, shall be allocated to Medical Group.
