MSA’s Quote Sample Clauses
The "MSA’s Quote" clause defines how the Master Service Agreement (MSA) will provide formal price quotations for specific services or deliverables. Typically, this clause outlines the process by which the service provider issues a detailed quote to the client, specifying the scope of work, pricing, and any applicable terms before work begins. For example, the provider may be required to submit a written quote for client approval prior to commencing a new project or task. The core function of this clause is to ensure transparency and mutual agreement on costs and expectations, thereby reducing the risk of misunderstandings or disputes over pricing.
