MSA Term. Unless terminated in accordance with this clause 3: (a) the term of this MSA shall commence on the Effective Date and continue for three (3) years from the Effective Date ("Initial Term"); and (b) at the completion of the Initial Term, this MSA shall automatically renew for successive twelve (12) month periods ("Further Terms") unless terminated by either party giving notice to the other at least ninety (60) days prior to the expiry of the then current term.
