MRV. MRV" means MRV Communications, Inc., a Delaware corporation. In all such instances in which MRV is referenced in this Agreement, it shall also be deemed to include a reference to each member of the MRV Group, unless it specifically provides otherwise; MRV shall be solely responsible to Luminent for ensuring that each member of the MRV Group complies with the applicable terms of this Agreement.
