MRO Sample Clauses

Typically, this clause outlines which party is responsible for routine maintenance, how repairs should be reported and addressed, and the standards or timelines for overhauls. For example, it may specify that the lessee must perform regular servicing and notify the lessor of any major repairs needed. The core function of the MRO clause is to ensure that assets remain in good working condition throughout the contract term, thereby minimizing disputes and unexpected costs related to equipment upkeep.
