MPS Services. Where the Schedule specifies MPS Charges, and provided that the Customer meets the performance and operational requirements set out in the relevant MPS Services CED on a continuing basis, CLOUDBLU PTY LTD will provide the MPS Services as set out in the relevant MPS Services CED from the date the MPS Services become active. If no MPS Charges are specified in the Schedule, CLOUDBLU PTY LTD is not obligated to provide any MPS Services.
