MPOE. Minimum Point of Entry: minimum distance entering customer premises where ILEC/CLEC will terminate their equipment. Point of demarcation between Carrier equipment and Customer Equipment;
MPOE. The Building's Main Point of Entry ("MPOE") is located in the garage of Building. As part of the Subtenant Improvements, Subtenant shall install a connection between the Subleased Premises to the MPOE through the communications riser room; the location of Subtenant's connection shall be subject to the prior written approval of Sublandlord, which shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed and the prior written consent of Landlord.
MPOE. Subtenant shall have the right to access the MPOE Room and Tenant’s MPOE Room Equipment pursuant to the terms set forth in the Second Amendment, which right shall be in common with Sublandlord.
